MDH Chholay masala is a blend of different spices useful in the preparation of the dish. The spices in the masala may vary, but it typically contains bay leaf, mustard seeds, cumin, coriander seeds, cloves, red chilies, peppercorns, and anaardana.

MDH Chholay Masala is super delicious, spicy, tangy, and aromatic.  Plus, it is healthy and packed with protein. This Masala makes the chole curry aromatic.
