The most commonly used dal in India, Masoor dal is an everyday meal constituent. It is unpolished and obtained from 100% organic grains. It gets cooked very quickly and does not require prior soaking. Masoor is a skinless red colour dal which changes to yellow colour when cooked. This dal can be used to make curry or it can be cooked with vegetables like beans, peas and cauliflower. Add Masoor lentil in your regular khichdi to enhance the taste and flavour.
