Kalonji Pulao Preparation method:
In a kadhai, heat ghee. Add bay leaf, ginger garlic paste, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves. Fry well. Add finely sliced garlic cloves and fry till it turns brown. Add water and let it boil, and after add salt and soaked basmati rice to the water and let it cook till done. Sprinkle Kalonji seeds, jeera, and close the lid. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot with raita or vegetable stew.
