Fried Fish - Pakistani Style Fried Fish:
Ingredients Required: 1 to 1-1/2 kg fish sliced/whole; 1-1/2 tablespoons garlic paste; 3 cups/500 g ghee/oil for frying; one packet Shan Fish Seasoning Mix (use less for mild hot).
Steps of Cooking:
1. Mix garlic and Shan Fish Seasoning Mix and apply on the fish. Marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Then fry the fish in hot oil until light brown.
Serving Suggestion: Garnish with Shan Chaat Masala and lime juice.
