MDH Tandoori Masala is an important blend in Indian dishes and is a special aromatic mixture of spices using in the marinading of meat-based dishes, especially tandoori dishes, such as chicken. Blend this powder with yogurt and lime juice for a delicious marinade for meat and vegetables. MDH Tandoori Masala is simply the best. Because it is a tantalizing blend of assertive spices. It is ideal to recreate the traditional barbeque experience at home. 

Tandoori chicken, a dish of roasted chicken marinated in yogurt and generously spiced, giving the meat its trademark red color. So, it is named for the cylindrical clay oven in which it is cooked, a tandoor. Tandoori Chicken is a healthy dish thanks to its lean meat amount and cooking technique. Because it is traditionally cooked in the clay tandoor. The grilling method makes tandoori chicken healthy as it doesn't require much oil and retains the proteins. Tandoori masala is awesome, it does not contain salt and hence provides value for money. Tandoori chicken is a chicken dish prepared by roasting chicken marinated in yogurt and skewered foods. It is suitable for Indian cuisine, Arabic cuisine, Bengali cuisine as well as for Indian chicken dishes.


Recipe: Grind 6 cloves of garlic, 60g. onion & 15g. ginger. Add ½ tspn. Deggi Mirch, 1 tspn. salt to make a paste. Apply it thoroughly on cleaned, washed, chicken (800g approx.) Place embalmed chicken on a trivet inside a pressure cooker. Add ¾ glass of water and pressure cook for 10 min. When pressure drops, bring out Chicken & make cuts on breast & legs. Then mix 20g MDH Tandoori Masala, ½ tspn salt, ½ tspn Deggi Mirch, 1 tspn gram flour, 3 tspn lemon juice & 3 tspn. water. Apply it on the chicken, inside the cavity, and into the slits. Bake in an oven preheated at 200c or Tandoor for 15 minutes. Then remove from oven and baste Chicken with 25g edible oil. Put into oven/Tandoor. Remove from oven when tender. Serve hot.
