1. FREEZE YOUR FAVOURITE BREAKFAST TO SAVE THE COOKING TIME
To stay energetic and refreshed the whole day, the most important meal is breakfast at the start of the day. This makes you send your kids to school nourished. You can just make waffles and freeze them to serve the next day hot by toasting them in the oven as breakfast in the morning.
2. SKIP SANDWICHES & TRY PEANUT BUTTER BANANA ROLLS
A healthy, tasty protein twist for your kids can be prepared in form of the peanut butter banana rolls.
2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
Seed or Nut Butter as Topping
A Little Drizzle Of Honey
Few Pieces Of Peeled Banana
Spread the peeled banana slices on one end of the tortilla and roll up. Now add peanut butter, any seed or nut butter along with a drizzle of honey on top of the rolls and serve fresh in smaller bites.
