2 Tablespoons of Raisins
8 to 10 Dried Figs

4 Tablespoons of Almonds
3 Crushed Green Cardamoms

1 Small Cup of Crushed or Chopped Dates

2 ½ Tablespoons of Crushed or Chopped Cashew Nuts
1 tablespoon of Grated Coconut (Optional)
Directions
Roast the almonds in a pan until they turn into brown.
Chop the dates and figs into small pieces and crush the cardamom pods. Keep them aside.
In a blender or grinder, add all the chopped cashews, dates, figs, raisins, almonds and the grated coconut along with the crushed cardamom powder.
Add the roasted almonds to the mixture and grind the whole ingredients and spread the mixture in a bowl or plate.
Take the mixture and form into small balls with your hands.
Dry fruits laddu is ready to be served immediately. You can store the balls in an air tight container and refrigerate for a couple of weeks.
