INGREDIENT REQUIRED

Meat 1 – 1½ kg small cubes, Garlic Paste 1-2 tbsp, Yogurt 3 tbsp, Melted Butter 4-5 tbsp, Shan Tikka Seekh Kabab Mix 1 packet.

STEPS OF COOKING

1. In half a cup of water, add Shan Tikka Seekh Kabab Mix, garlic paste, yogurt, and 2 tablespoons of butter. Mix and apply to meat. Set aside for 3-4 hours.

2. Skewer the meat cubes and place on low heat of coal/gas fire until lightly browned.

3. Brush the meat with butter and rotate skewers until the meat is tender. Serving Suggestions: Serve with Shan Tamarind Chutney, salad, and lemons.
