Blueberry belongs to the family member of Ericaceae and is green in color. When it is unripe, it slowly turns to reddish-purple, and then finally gets dark purple when it gets ripened. They are sweet and contain a cluster of flowers that is white, pale pink, or red, and are bell-shaped in size. Fresh blueberries are delightful and have a slightly sweet taste that is mixed with a little bit of acid from the berry. The taste of blueberry is hard for some people to describe, but can often be said to be sweeter than grapes, but similar to both red and green grapes.
