Puranalu are commonly prepared during festivals, wedding and other special occasions. Most telugu speaking homes prepare poornam boorelu for Vinayaka Chaviti, Varalakshmi Vratham and Durga Navratri to offer as naivedyam to the Goddness.
We made making Purnalu so easy.
You will receive required quantity of sweet stuff & ready mix powder of batter.

Ingredients
Oil 4cup (not included)
2 cups Ready mix batter powder.
Sweet Stuff.
Directions
Making Batter
Add 1 cups of water to the ready mix batter powder.
Mix it well to make sure there are no lumps keep aside it for 20 to 30 mins. Batter should be thick.
Add another 1/2 cup of water and mix it well.
Making Puranalu
Make the sweet stuff given into balls the size you like.(recommeded 16 to 20 balls)
Take a medium size kadi and add 4 cups of oil
Heat oil, dip each sweet ball in the batter which is perpared earlier and fry till golden brown. Three to four ball can be fried at a time.
Before eating, make a hole and fill it with two spoons of melted ghee, provided your diet permits. Sometimes, while being fried, these poornam boorelu may break if the batter is not mixed well.
Serve it hot.

These might break while frying, make sure the batter is mixed well.
